Be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself

This post is a little earlier than my usual quarterly but it is in recognition of World Mental Health day today. I thought I would tell you something about how a Health Coach works and how happiness and health are inextricably linked.

A shared goal for many clients who work with a Health Coach is to be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves everyday.

Health Coaches develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to support the health and happiness of every client they work with.

It's a great job!

Where does a Health Coach begin?

• Creating a new healthy life plan is the beginning of becoming the healthiest version of yourself, and a Health Coach supports this process.

• Health Coaches encourage clients to create a brand new vision of health and wellness for themselves that excites them and pulls them forward.

• There are always bumps in the road, and a Health Coaches role is to keep their future vision alive, whilst overcoming barriers and limiting beliefs and learning from their challenges.

Plus, many people feel overwhelmed with all the 'health' information out there, and experience significant pressure to look a certain way. Consequently, getting healthy or losing weight can often be viewed as a miserable experience. However working with a Health Coach changes this experience into an inspiring and motivational project, turning miserable into happy!

And guess what? If you’re happy, introducing healthy habits and losing weight

can be a natural consequence.

You may not realise but.... happiness lowers your risk for cardiovascular disease, lowers your blood pressure, enables better sleep, improves your diet and allows you to maintain a normal body weight.

"Being a Health Coach is, quite simply, the best and most rewarding work I could ever do! I see the health and happiness of my clients literally transform in front of my eyes"

If you'd like to experience this journey, supported by Samantha then you're warmly invited to schedule a complementary WELLth check.
