SAMANTHA FORD
CERTIFIED HEALTH
AND
WELLNESS COACH
Meet Samantha
I've always been very active; walking, hiking, running, scuba diving and volunteering with the Ambulance service in a frontline role for over a decade.
All these helped me to deal with the day-to-day stresses of a corporate role and modern life. Until one day a significant knee injury changed all that.
All of my main stress coping mechanisms were taken away from me and overwhelm became my norm. After two surgeries and extensive rehab it became clear I needed other ways to break free from the stress cycle, I genuinely feared its impact on my longer-term health.
I took on the Health Coach training for myself, because I deserved to be happy and healthy and for those around me to get the Samantha they knew and loved back.
I enjoyed the process so much I wanted to share it with others. Which is why I've made it my mission to equip professionals who feel weighed down by stress, low energy, or health challenges as I was, to have the right information and support on their health and wellness journey.
I know you can feel happy and healthy, both professionally and personally, now and into the future. Why? Because I do.
Be prepared to be supported on a journey as unique as you are. Looking at you as a whole we will explore which areas of your life need support, I will assist with education where relevant and provide accountability. You will need to be ready to take positive changes but rest assured even simple changes will take you on a healthier path. And in me, you will have your own personal cheerleader on the journey every step of the way with you.
"Before I joined Samantha I felt like my health was in a bad place, although I tried to eat healthy I always felt like I was restricting myself, waiting for the next takeaway or sweet treat. So it’s honestly quite mind-blowing for me that I don’t have sweet cravings anymore. It’s very liberating to not have that draw to sugar and the benefits I’ve felt have been great! I never thought I wouldn’t have a sweet-tooth."
